Jogging Self Defense

One of the most popular forms of exercise in America is jogging, but should you be concerned with self defense on your next run?  Millions of people jog every day or on a weekly jogging plan, and while there are many benefits to jogging, there are still risks.  Strictly speaking, it’s not recommended to jog with a BMI (Body Mass Index) that is above 30, because of the strain it can put on your joints.  But by far, one of the greatest downsides to jogging is that it may actually put you in harm’s way.
