Now, we are by no means a workout website or store but we are all for helping out the working women. If you’re anything like me you have a hard time getting motivated to get to the gym and exercise. Working a 40 hour week, all I want my weekends to be is relaxation because that is what my body is telling me I need. However, many studies show that working workouts into your schedule (even 30 minutes 3X per week) can make you healthier, happier and boost your motivation. That sounds wonderful to me. So what does it take to get to motivated TO GET motivated?! Well I have an idea. Let’s up that workout apparel in your closet.
